Participation Rules
Pantheon is a workplace wellness program. Participation in the program is simple. When you complete activities in the app, you earn points. Those points can be redeemed for items in the Rewards Shop.
The Rewards Shop is funded by your employer at no cost to you.
When you have earned enough points claim a reward, click the claim button and fill out the Reward Request form. Pantheon will work with your employer to fulfill the request.
Participation in the program is limited to employees at partner organizations. Participation in the program is not mandatory for any employees.
Pantheon does not share any individual information to your employer. We won’t tell your employer how often you participating, which activities you have completed, or what your activity levels are. We only provide aggregate organization data.
This program is administered by Active Group, Inc. in partnership with your employer. This is not a sweepstakes program.
This program has no affiliation with Apple, Inc., Alphabet, Inc., Fitbit, Inc., Garmin Ltd., Nokia Corporation, Nike, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.
